Poppy, the National Film Award winning actress, has returned to Dhaka a few days ago after spending a long time at her home in Khulna. After returning to Dhaka, the popular actress has signed a contract for a new movie. Khalid Mahbub Turya has written and scripted the new movie produced by Impress Telefilm called ‘Butterfly of Love’ and it is being produced by Raju Alim and Masuma Tani.
The shooting of the movie has started from September 16 at a house in Uttara of the capital. In this, Shipon Mitra has become the hero for the first time against Poppy. Poppy is also opposite Raju Alim, the producer of the movie. In the movie, Poppy is playing the role of Purba, Shipon is playing the role of Gaurab and Raju Alim is playing the role of Sourav. It is known to be a romantic story movie. “I really like the story of the movie and my character,” Poppy said. This is my first job with Shipon. Shipon is doing well. I hope this work will be enjoyable with him. Shipon said, ‘I have been a huge fan of Poppy Upper since before I started working on movies. Ever since I started working in cinema, my dream has been to work in a movie with him in the role of a hero. She is my favorite heroine. That dream has finally come true. I am grateful to both the creators for giving me such an opportunity.
