Morning: In the morning, you can eat carbohydrates with vegetables or meat. So you can eat bread like sugar. You should not eat rice at all in the morning.

Afternoon: We Bangladeshis are used to eating rice at noon. So you can eat rice like sugar during dinner. Brother eats as little as possible. You can eat 50 to 70 grams of rice. You can eat fish and meat or beans and vegetables with rice. On top of that, you can also eat a bowl of cucumber salad.
Evening: You can drink tea in the evening. Naturally, colored tea because milk tea is high in calories. You can enjoy muridi or cookies with tea.
