13 cows looted at gunpoint, two robbers arrested


Feni Daganbhuiyan (Bangladesh) The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has arrested two persons, including the mastermind, in connection with the robbery of 13 cows of a farmer at gunpoint. RAB informed this information in a press release sent to the media on Thursday (June 13) afternoon.


Earlier on Wednesday (June 12) night, they were arrested from Chandgaon area of ​​Chattogram.

According to rAB, last Saturday (June 8) Khan Agro Farm in Rajapur Upazila East Jaynarayanpur village of Daganbhuiyan broke the lock of the door, entered two workers hostage and looted 13 cows. Farmer said in this incident. Daud Khan filed a case at the Daganbhuiyan police station as the plaintiff. RAB started intelligence surveillance to arrest the next accused. In continuation of that, two people including the mastermind of the incident were arrested from Chattogram Chandgaon area on the basis of secret information on Wednesday night.

Feni RAB-7 company captain Mohammad Sadequl Islam said that 11 cases have been received against the arrested accused Solaiman in different police stations of Feni and Chattogram and four cases against Manik in different police stations of Cumilla. They have been handed over to the concerned police station for taking legal action against them.

Daganbhuiyan Police Officer-in-Charge (OC) Abul Hasim said the accused were sent to jail by the court in the afternoon. The operation to arrest other accused is continuing.
