Shakib Khan and Sonal Chauhan to star in the first pan-Indian Film, film 'Dard' was announced
Bangladeshi superstar Shakib Khan and Bollywood actress Sonal Chauhan are all set to share the screen in a pan-Indian film titled "Dard". The film, directed by Anonno Mamun, is a psycho-thriller that will explore the dark side of human psychology.
The duo made their first public appearance together at a press conference in Mumbai on Wednesday night, where they revealed some details about the film and their characters. They were accompanied by the film's producer Kamal Kibria Lipu and other eminent personalities from both countries.

Sonal Chauhan, who has worked in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada films, said that she was excited to be a part of this project. She said, "Cinema has no language. A good story can be a movie in any language. 'Dard' is just such a project." She also praised Shakib Khan for his acting skills and professionalism.
Shakib Khan, who is one of the most popular actors in Bangladesh, said that he was honored to work with Sonal Chauhan and Anonno Mamun. He said, "This is the first pan-Indian movie from Bangladesh. I believe it has the potential to be a completely unique story. I hope for a successful collaboration with India."
The shooting of the film will start on October 27 in various locations across India and Bangladesh. The film is expected to be released in February 2024 in six languages: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Bengali. The makers are confident that the film will appeal to the audiences of both the countries and beyond.
