Afran Nisho's new look in Hoichoi's Web Series 'Sharey Showlo'
Afran Nisho, one of the most popular and versatile actors in Bangladesh, is all set to wow the audience with his new look and role in Hoichoi's upcoming web-series, "Sharey Showlo". The series, directed by Yasir Al Haq, is a thriller that revolves around a lawyer who finds himself in a dangerous situation on the night before a crucial court hearing.
Nisho plays Reza, a successful lawyer who has a dark side to his personality. He is smart, cunning, and ambitious, but also a loving husband and father. He gets entangled in a web of lies, deceit, and murder when he meets a mysterious woman on the '16.5 floor' of his apartment building. What follows is a night of suspense, drama, and twists that will keep the viewers on the edge of their seats.
Nisho, who has previously impressed the Hoichoi fans with his performance in "Kaiser", said that he was excited to play Reza, a character that challenged him as an actor. "Reza is a complex and layered character who has many shades to his personality. He is not a typical hero or villain, but a human being who makes mistakes and faces the consequences. I enjoyed portraying him and exploring his psyche," he said.
He also praised the director Yasir Al Haq for his vision and dedication. "Yasir is a young and talented director who has a lot of potential. He has made a brilliant debut with 'Sharey Showlo'. He was very clear about what he wanted from me and the other actors. He also created a great atmosphere on the set and made us feel comfortable. I am glad to have worked with him and the whole team of 'Sharey Showlo'," he added.
The series will stream from August 17 only on Hoichoi, the leading OTT platform for Bengali content.
