Results of HSC and equivalent examinations have been released. The total pass rate is 95.26 percent.

Earlier in 2020, 1 lakh 61 thousand 807 people got GPA-5.
The results were announced on Sunday (February 13) at 11:45 pm at the International Mother Tongue Institute in Shegunbagicha, Dhaka. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina officially announced the results of the virtual addition from Ganobhaban. .The Prime Minister then gave a short speech. This time there were 11 lakh 40 thousand 680 candidates in 9 general education boards. 11 lakh 15 thousand 705 people took part in the test. 10 lakh 66 thousand 242 people have passed. The pass rate is 95.57 percent. 1 lakh 78 thousand 522 people got GPA-5.
There were 1 lakh 13 thousand 167 candidates in the madrasa education board. 1 lakh 6 thousand 579 people took part in the test. 1 lakh 1 thousand 768 people have passed. The pass rate is 95.49 percent. 4 thousand 872 people got GPA-5.
There were 1 lakh 49 thousand 397 candidates in the Technical Education Board. 1 lakh 49 thousand 397 people took part in the test. 1 lakh 38 thousand 708 people have passed. The pass rate is 92.85 percent. 5 thousand 7755 people got GPA-5.
Due to cOVID-19, HSC and equivalent examinations of 2021 are taken in a short syllabus. This time 13 lakh 99 thousand candidates took part in HSC and equivalent examinations.
HSC candidates of 9 general education boards will write HSC with space, first three letters of the board with space, and then roll number with space and write 2021 with space to get results through mobile. It will then send an SMS to 16222. The result will be informed in the return SMS.
