Sushant Singh Rajput's father has lodged an FIR against actress Riya
Sushant Singh Rajput was a star flying in the sky of Bollywood. But on June 14, the star fell. The fall of such a star started a fight among the fans, the Bollywood mafias got stuck in the words of the fans. Sushant's fans also filed a case in the police station against various people blaming him for her death.
But no action was heard from his family. But finally Sushant's family came forward to take legal action. For the first time, Sushant's father has filed a formal case against Sushant's family. Sushant's father has filed a case against his girlfriend Riya Chakraborty under Section 4 for inciting her to commit suicide.
The FIR has been filed under IPC Sections 306 (abetment of suicide), 341 (wrongful restraint), 342 (wrongful confinement), 380 (theft in dwelling house), 406 (criminal breach of trust) and 420 (cheating).
Notable points in the allegations filed by Sushant's father were-
"Riya wanted to be the heroine in Sushant's movies, so she always put pressure on Sushant."
‘Sushant’s psychiatrist fixed Riya and she had been giving Sushant overdose for the last 6 months.’ So Sushant’s father requested to investigate Sushant’s medical history.
‘Sushant had planned to open an organic farm with his friend, but Riya did not agree. So he threatened Sushant that if he ran an organic farm, Riya would spread the word about his mental illness in the media.
‘Riya transferred about Rs 16 crore from Sushant’s account to her own account in the last one year. Also before Sushant's death, Riya left the flat with Sushant's credit card, laptop and other valuables. Sushant told his own sister about it, and also said that Rhea could trap him.
The police have taken cognizance of all these allegations. It is learned that a team of four Bihar police has already reached Mumbai. They have also asked the Mumbai police to make arrangements for women police if necessary.
Meanwhile, after interrogating Riya Chakraborty earlier, Mumbai Police came to know that Riya had used Sushant's credit card during her recent trip to Europe. He also fired one of his bodyguards. Not only that, he and his brother also had shares in Sushant's company.
In the case filed by Sushant's father, not only Riya, but also Riya's brother Shauvik Chakraborty and some other members of the family are named in the FIR.
Actor Sushant Singh Rajput's body was found hanging from his flat in Bandra on June 14. Initial investigations led police to say he had committed suicide. Mumbai police have so far questioned about 40 people to find out the cause of the suicide. Apart from Riya, there are other famous Bollywood personalities including director Mahesh Bhatt and Sanjay Leela Bansali
